You know what house cleaning is as you perform it, but the definition might be just a little different for professional house cleaning. It involves a thorough, room by room, top to bottom cleaning of your house. AZ Precision will help you maintain your home, keep it organized, and provide a level of safety.
That's entirely up to how little you want to clean and how much you want to spend. It's common to have household help for general cleaning weekly. Or you can get someone once or twice a week to do special projects like organizing cabinets, doing laundry, cleaning the oven, etc. You also could hire us to do a major spring-cleaning, a move-in or move-out cleaning, or before and after special events. When requesting a quote for house cleaning, specify the frequency of service and any special jobs.

Yes, all quotations are given by the Company following a request from the Customer and shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 7 days from their date. The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation should the Customer’s original requirements change or the Company feels that the criteria for the quotation has been misrepresented.
Depending on the size of your house the cleaning can be done by one or a team of two or more cleaners. A standard cleaning usually includes dusting, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, cleaning the kitchen, sanitizing bathrooms, wiping mirrors and general “straightening up”. You may also clarify exactly what needs to be done.
When you meet the cleaners, before they start, make sure they know how to operate alarm systems, where fuse boxes or circuit breakers are, what to do if they are locked out, how to deal with pets, and any other instructions you might have. You hardly have to clean before the cleaners come, but it would be courteous to clear away clutter so they don’t have to clean around it or put it away where you can’t find it. Be clear about which items to be cleaned, are fragile or irreplaceable. Better yet, put them away and clean them yourself to eliminate any risk of breakage.
We hope it won’t happen. The first thing to do is not to panic and please, direct the matter to our office immediately. Accidents do occur. Call our office and we will be glad to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
We have minimum duration of 3 hours per cleaning visit for one-off/spring cleaning, after party cleaning and a minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit for end of tenancy cleaning and after builders cleaning.
Occasionally, such events may occur which are beyond our control. Please call us as soon as possible if you are dissatisfied and we will do our utmost to arrange another cleaner to come.
The Company or Cleaner shall provide all cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment necessary to carry out the service. The Customer does not need to provide any materials or tools unless otherwise agreed. The Customer must provide running water, electricity, and sufficient lighting at the Customer’s address where the service is to take place.
Minimum duration of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies for end of tenancy cleaning and after builders cleaning. Minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit for one-off/spring cleaning and after party cleaning. Please note, after builders cleaning, after party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take twice longer than a well maintained house that requires general cleaning.
Yes, AZ Precision has Public and Employers Liability Insurance. The policy covers damages caused by a cleaning operative working on behalf of the Company, reported within 24 hours of the service date.

We reserve the right to refuse to clean any property we feel may be hazardous or a danger to our health and safety.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company all outstanding balances for cleaning services carried out and parking fees (if any) are payable by cash or cheque (made payable to AZ Precision Ltd) upon completion of the job on the day of the service. If paying by cheque, a cheque guarantee card is required and the customer will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.

Carpet cleaning and hard floor cleaning – Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job no less than 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancelation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancelation fee in the event of no one home to let the cleaners in, no water or power available at Customer’s premises, or problem with Customer’s keys.
One-off cleaning – Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job no less than 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £20 cancelation fee per cleaner if the Customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay £20 cancelation fee per cleaner in the event of no one home to let the cleaners in, no water or power available at Customer’s premises, or problem with Customer’s keys.
